Event Plotting with Paul & Sylvie

Since Paul has ingratiated himself with the Chouannerie by knowing where all the bodies are buried being such a diligent and helpful individual, he's been invited to the Masquerade Ball. At Slayer's discretion, he might also have been dubbed a Chevalier (knight), making him kinda sorta nobility, if they want to provide a fig leaf for the more uptight among their number.

Question for staff: If possible, he'd like to bring Rienne as his guest.

Chauv's there to keep an eye on Percy, but also on Marguerite (and not just because he enjoys looking at Margo ;>). He knows Sylvie will also be there, undoubtedly plotting something dire for his former flame.

Idea for Percy: Chauv manages to identify and buttonhole Percy, they do a bit of verbal fencing then have to grudgingly team up to save Margot?

And Sylvie, of course, will be Sylvie.

Ideas? Suggestions? Etc? Hit me up here.

it would be extremely ironic if Chauv's been dubbed a Knight! But that would be ok with me, hes done ALOT of work for these peoples! Good and bad xD

I have no problem with him bringing Rienne as a guest, a Gentleman needs a lady on his arm

Im loving the idea for Percy! I can just feel his resentment for Chauv and their mutal agreement. This is going to burn him up, but i think where Margos safety is concerned he knows Chauv wouldn't put her in danger. Unless hes trying to get to Percy...

Margo is grateful to Paul for his protection. She would like to think that she could save herself, but let's face it, she got more than she bargained for with this republican revolution. And now more than ever, she fears for herself and Percy. It would be nice for her to be able to see Chauv as a hero once more... though that will definitely complicate things.

Rienne is Chauvelin's... lady friend and is accompanying dear Paul to the masquerade so there is plottage here XD Rienne is gonna be sneaking around and trying to get all the good information of course! Rienne I assume has been with Chauvelin for a little bit now, and so they would be comfortable with each other.

I'm not sure but I think Rienne would be quite miffed by his love for Marguerite, since she doesn't like the idea of romance or love and what not. She'd also be a bit angry that his attention wasn't fully on her
