The ideal candidate would be friendly, efficient, active and have a basic knowledge of proboards/coding. They should also hold a strong knowledge of the site rules, and be able to communicate their ideas and thoughts to both members and staff. Activity and fulfilling the job role is key. The person must be extremely passionate about the site! The role of moderator includes: Normally I would ask someone I feel might work well with me, but this time round I’d like to see who would be interested in helping.
