FRIENDS Elis enjoys the company of others like her, she loves to have friends and enjoys helping them when she needs help.

ENEMIES She dislikes people who are cruel to animals, who hurt her family and who are degrading and patronising.

LOVERS Well there was Lucien but he ditched her, she knows that when her guilty secret comes out that it will be hard to find someone to take her.

So Mother here! I think the main thing we need to sort out, is how the two deal with this little situation. Eleonore will be furious that her daughters in the position she is, as she thought she taught her daughters to not trust the words of men, and to be smarter than giving themselves away before marriage.

I see two options the first, Eleonore convinces Elisabeth to have the child away from home, she then claims the child is hers, so it stays in the family. When the revolution comes, Elisabeth escapes with the child and Eleonore goes to her death.

The second option would be for them to give the child away, which was often done in these situations.

Also as a side note Elisabeth shares her name with Lady Elizabeth Gray, which was he fathers first and only love...something that will bug Eleonore.

Mess of a daughter here The main thing is that Elisabeth knows and hates that she has disappointed her mother.

I’m thinking that the second (giving the baby away) would give more development for Elisabeth’s relationships with her family especially with her mother, who no doubt about it will end up getting blamed by Elis for making her give up the baby.

That sounds great, Eleonore would much prefer to get the child out of the house and away from tainting the families honour! I imagine they would try to keep it as much of a secret from the rest of the family. The less people that know the easier to pretend it didnt happen! I imagine some members would find out though!

i dont see Elisabeth wanting to say anything about it what so ever, she feels terrible at the moment anyway. yeah people will probarly find out or atleast have a feeling about it.
