"Everything you see belongs to me, to one degree or another. The beggars and newsboys and quick thieves here in Paradise, the sailor dives and gin mills and blind tigers on the waterfront, the anglers and amusers, the she-hes and the [Chinese]. Everybody owes, everybody pays. Because that's how you stand up against the rising of the tide." -Louis Thernadier when asked how his organisation works Thenardier and a reasonably sized group of his gang will be attending the parade, mostly because they can. Partly because there might be some opportunities to 'expand' his organisation, through taking on new members, taking over some businesses. They might just cause trouble though. You're all welcome to plot with Louis here, just remember he isn't going to be walking around without a few of his men tailing behind him starting fights and being raucous.

Well Im up for something Happening between Max and Louis but only if you wanted it to be it him finding out about who Max is or the kidnapping happening then. Max would certainly be nervous around him Heck they don't have to be anything to do with the above maybe a way to cement their dislike for each other.

Cement their dislike?! Louis' never even met the kid, I imagine Max isn't stupid enough to pick a fight with them and unless he happens to running around in rich kids clothes I doubt Louis would even care about him when there's more obvious pickings to be had. Perhaps Max could say something rude to one of Louis' thugs and Louis would have to intervene?

I think I meant begin a dislike for each other or something sorry not with it right now. I must of also had the cbox hate on the brain.
Well yeah that would be most likely maybe Max sees one of the gang members doing something and Max is more than likely to open his mouth and not be able to shut it if he thinks its something wrong. Like say harming some poor lady or something, Louis intervening would sound fun, though maybe Louis notices something odd about him as well. But yeah I'm up for the intervening idea.
