[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, width: 450px; background-color: black; padding-top: 2px; padding-bottom: 2px;] you'd better run for cover ·· WHEN THE PUP GROWS UP ··
[style=width: 375px; height: 125px; overflow: auto; background-color: aeaeae; opacity: .7; -moz-border-radius: 20 20 0 0px; text-align: justify; padding: 8 8 0 8px; line-height: 90%; font-family: trebuchet ms; font-size: 10px; color: 000;]Gavroche is a cheeky little street kid who more than knows his way around. He's prideful and independent- basically think's life's his own personal playground- and isn't afraid to say it's so. He doesn't have many "friends", doesn't need anyone you see, but when he's not roaming the streets causing trouble you can usually find him with the boys at the ABC. He has a particular dislike for the upper class- think's very lowly of them. Of course, lawmen -cough-Javert-cought- are at the top of his list of enemies. He's a Thenardier but he won't introduce himself as one. 'Ponine's the only family member of his he'll speak highly of- and he's as protective of her as she is of him. Um, I obviously spent a lot more time coding than I did thinking about what I wanted to write. Will add on.. eventually. Until then, if you've seen the musical, you know who he is.

Ah the amount of fun that can be had with Javert? I can see much frustration in the 'dear' inspectors path. The two I'd imagine see each other quite frequently, what with Gav's streetsmarts and tendency to believe that the rich won't mind *too* much if that piece of coin goes missing, and Javerts strong upholding of the law. I can see a bit of tension building between the two (nothing as much as between Valjean and Javert mind) and on occasion Javert even trying to talk Gavroche out of his more criminal ways (Assumedly when he's not had his coffee and before Gav irritates the ever grumpy heck out of him).

Oh yes! Gav's crafty and he knows it, and he'll definitely go out of his way to press his luck around the dear inspector. He'd be thrilled to find out he's second only to 24601 on Javert's list of annoyances- of course, the feeling's very mutual. LOL I think Javert trying to bestow upon him morals would be about the funniest thing ever. Anyway, I know we're already threading, but I look forward to many amusing encounters with these two in the future (;

Hey there little tyke! Marius adores the little guy and knows his value to the ABC. That being said, he is a bit wary of his involvement as it grows more and more obvious. He is terrified that something might happen to the smallest member of their motley gang. I see him being protective and probably getting kick back from the guys and probably Gavroche as well. That being said, Marius does respect the child a great deal. He also trusts him more than most people.

A Thenardier thread is a must xD You'll have to talk Zelma into coming along. Watch out Paris!
Marius! Gavroche would definitely appreciate being taken seriously for his role, and I can see the two of them having a good talk about the coming revolution xD I feel he'd be sort of inclined to joke about Marius more than he does the other ABC members because he's just so well learned and fate driven and love struck (all completely foreign concepts for him) but none the less, he really would see him as a good fellow. Daft about Eponine.. Oh, i definitely see him getting involved there..but I think there's some potential for interesting threads with the two of them.

I was thinking that maybe while Cosette is in town Gavroche takes something from her, but she catches him and is like "WHAT ARE YOU DOING YOU ARE A CHILD?!" And something from there?

What do you think of the idea of Maxi and Gavroche meeting, not sure what Gavorche would think of Maxi but I think Maxi might like him. They could meet when he's himself as the son of an aristocrat, where he often likes to help the poor or when hes playing at being poor mainly for the adventure an he does hate the suffering of the poor. He's an informant of the League of The Pimpernel and likes ABC and what they stand for. What do you think ?
Maybe Gavorche is able to get him out of trouble when hes on the streets (not when he his normal self ) as he gets into trouble quite easily standing up for others and such.

This was how things played out in the movie, and sort of in the book, so let me know what you think of this:
Courfeyrac loves Gav like a brother. He considers himself something of a guardian, even though he would never hurt Gav's pride by insinuating that he needed protection, of course! He likes having Gavroche around, even though he's not officially an "Ami," and he is probably the Ami who listens to Gavroche the most (at least it struck me that way). Though he takes Gavroche seriously, he will not be thrilled by Gavroche's desire to participate in a fight, but since at this point there are no barricades yet, Courf is still optimistic that the people may have a mostly bloodless victory.

I Could see Nate taking a small liking to Gav as long as he does not try steal from him, if he knew he was part of Les Amis I could see maybe Nate trying to convince Gavroche to act as like a go between, between ABC and The Sacred Heart maybe ? as he would be faster and he's very street wise, they both believe the same cause having a republic and all that. They don't have to like each other they could stay acquaintances, Nate might thinking him a bit of an annoyance.
