So right um hm

Max: Max is not entirely with the Amis but hes friends of them through Courf he does have slight republican leanings , so ehs an aristocrat pretending to be a Gamin mainly because of adventure and stuff. At the moment no one knows that. He works for the league of Pimp as an Informant no one knows this and no one will know this, hes able to relay information about Amis movements to the league not anything to damaging like their names and such more just stuff to get aristos out of the way. He hates his own family etc. He also half living with courf. After the Parade he will come out but hes going to say hes there as a writer which is good for him because he wants to be one plus he can still gather info and stuff. I think they may be friends and stuff also hes a rather curious boy at heart as well.

Combeferre and Max: They could get along quite nicely, since Combe's relationship with his not aristocratic, but still moderately wealthy family is rather strained. He would be more than willing to teach him some subjects if he wishes to learn them.

Max: He certainly will be willing to learn them even more so if anything to do with books come into it, at the moment hes like pretending he can't read or write very well (plus he usually wears glasses) but after the whole coming out thing he will be able to

Obviously, Enjolras loves his friends. He cares about all of them but he is closest to Combeferre and Courfeyrac. They're like the 3 musketeers of revolution. I mean, they together represent Liberty, Equality, and Brotherhood. Basically, Enjolras loves Combeferre. He sees him as somebody who is essentially his balance. He doesn't want his own beliefs to become so overzealous that he loses sight of what he's fighting for. Basically, Enjolras is intense and he needs Combeferre to soften him to some degree. They trust each other completely and Enjolras consults Combeferre on many things. And I just really love their friendship.

Combeferre definitely in a way looks up to Enjolras and his ability to energize people and sway them over to their side. I think he balks at some of his more radical ideas--he's still not 100% all for barricading the streets but he loves Enjolras too and will stand with him and the rest of his friends, not only out of loyalty but also because he wants change. He's also really focused on making sure that people know what they stand for, and that Les Amis hold to certain standards and don't overstep certain boundaries. I think ultimately he wants them to be a peaceful group but he does know that they're going to have to end up being militant. I love their friendship too! They should totally have some one on one thread.

COMBEFERRE && GAVROCHE

Yayy 'Ferre! I love 'Ferre very much. Regardless, I think these two would be on quite good terms. Gavroche wouldn't be able to fathom how intelligent Combeferre is, and would respect him in his own weird way. They probably wouldn't be quite as close as Courfeyac and Gavroche, but maybe Combeferre could give Gavroche some lessons on things? Or at least try to? Gavroche would definitely snark Combeferre out all the time, but it would all be in good nature.

Oh definitely! Combeferre would be more than willing to give him lessons. I think he would at least try to treat him like an adult, because he knows he's a smart kid in more ways than one. And then there's the fact that he's in love with his sister, which could make for an interesting dynamic.

Maybe they could meet up in the Musain while he's studying?

chetta is gonna fangirl so bad! she supports les amis goal, but I think she'll fangirl over combeferre. chetta is really enthusiastic when it comes to the subject of education, and women and children. so she will definitely kinda idolize combeferre for having the same point of view when it comes to education. idk I think she'd love to have a good talk about all sorts of stuff with him. because you know... combeferre pretty much knows everything xD
