Grantaire loves the bottle, and Mylie is the one between him and another bottle... this could be very interesting Like, I could see Mylène trying to restrict his drinking a little, if she sees it's not doing him any good, but since he's probably paying good money for it, she'd get hell by the landlord if she diminishes his profit by being reasonable ^^ In any way, I am sure they've interacted over the last two years since she's been working there, and she probably does like his cynical ways - she's always up for debates, even if her knowledge is not studious and more practical.

Mylene - oooh watch it Grantaire sulks if he's allowed to develop a hangover, or he just asks one of the others to buy him the bottles... or finds somewhere else either or he likes his drink - I'd LOVE a thread between those two if just for lulz of Grantaire TRYING to comprehend someone telling him 'no more drink'.

Max: I think Max would find Grantaire intreasting would be weary of him but would like to talk to him, I'm not entierly sure wha he would think of him being drunk but he may find it amusing. I can certainly see them meeting as Max is now also affiliated with les Amis.

Enjolras & Grantaire
You know me and my multitude of feelings about these two, at the end of the day, I cannot even. Anyway, Enjolras has complicated feelings about Grantaire. He lets him get away with more than any other man. Let's face it, if somebody did half the stuff that R does to Enjolras he would have throttled them by now or just gotten them out of his group by force. There is more fondness on Enjolras part than he is frankly comfortable with and he certainly doesn't show that to Grantaire. Enjolras knows, when it comes down to it and Grantaire could be so much more than what he is and he doesn't understand why he is so content to waste himself in a bottle. He certainly shows him a bit of pity at times but is often harsher than he means to be with him. Grantaire has a way of bringing out Enjolras' human side more than anybody else can seem to manage. He hasn't given up on Grantaire and Enjolras hopes one day he might see Grantaire rise up to be more than what he seems. Basically, they're just very different people and often suffer from errors in communication and understanding the other, but there is more mutual affection than Enjolras is frankly comfortable with and that makes him feel very odd whenever they interact. Basically, tl;dr Enjolras doesn't like all these complicated emotions that R makes him feel, please stop. xD

Enjolras politely contends that R should have more faith in the people of Paris and France at large. And also more faith in Enjolras himself. He also would like to remind him that his own personal life is a small one and that danger to his existence can't outweigh the needs to fight for real change in the world. Basically, yes thread, all E/R feels all the time. I hope you are prepared for what we're about to do to ourselves. xD Anyway, any specifics for this thread in mind?
